- 體內研究:
在L-CI.5sT細胞淋巴模型中,SB-3CT (5-50 毫克/千克/天,腹腔注射)有效抑制肝癌細胞轉移,并提高小鼠的存活率。 SB-3CT (50 毫克/千克/天,腹腔注射)抑制骨轉移模型中人前列腺癌細胞的生長,骨質溶解以及血管生成。 在栓子引起的“永久性”腦缺血小鼠模型中,SB-3CT阻礙神經(jīng)元層粘連蛋白的退化,保護神經(jīng)元免受缺血性細胞死亡的損害,并改善栓子MCA阻塞后神經(jīng)行為產(chǎn)生的結果
